A Glimpse Into Our Journey
From the French Alps to Scotland... and back!
Before moving to Scotland, Seb owned a polished concrete business, and Jess was a senior executive in urban planning. In 2015, we felt God calling us to leave everything behind and get equipped for ministry. What we thought would be a one-year adventure in Scotland turned into ten incredible years of transformation!
We trained in a Bible school and served as volunteer missionaries: Seb as a Bible teacher and Jess in communications. Later, we were invited to lead GEM Scotland, eventually stepping into the role of national leaders. All along, we served as a family, opening our home to students, missionaries, and people in need—offering prayer, meals, and a safe place to grow.
Our three kids have always been part of the journey, ministering with us and using their spiritual gifts as a team. Today, Sharleen is studying dentistry, Emy is finishing high school and will take a gap year to move back to France with us before starting theology school, and Julien just finished primary school—he’s getting ready to start la 6ème in France!
In 2024, God clearly led us into a new season: launching our own ministry focused on prophetic training, deliverance, and equipping Spirit-filled leaders.
And so, in March 2025, Esprit et Vérité was born as we are returning back in France, right where our story began.

About Jess
Jess is the creator of the podcast “La Bible IRL”, broadcast on Phare FM radio, as well as the author of articles, videos, and blog content on clabible.fr. She holds a degree in Communication, an MSc in Urban Planning and Design, and a Diploma of Higher Education in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministry. She has completed advanced training in the Immanuel Approach practicum and is currently training in Complex Trauma Counseling, with a focus on addictions, mental health, and relationship struggles.
Jess is fluent in French, English, and Italian and studied German.
A passionate globetrotter, she delights in discovering the world’s wonders and engaging in meaningful conversations about the Kingdom of God.

About Seb
Seb holds a degree in Computer Science and an MA in Theology from London School of Theology He is also an ordained Reverend through FCC, a dynamic intercultural network of local churches. Over the past decade (and beyond count) Seb has been preaching regularly, sharing the Word with clarity, depth, and passion. He also completed a two-year course in prophetic ministry and is currently training to become a certified coach with ICA.
Fluent in both French and English, Seb can also modestly hold conversations in Italian.
He finds joy in snowboarding and in engaging in meaningful theological conversations—reflecting his deep love for spiritual growth and lifelong learning.
